Need to Return a product

To return a product at MY1 Online, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at service@my1online.com, or by telephone        (770) 991-2366

 returns of any type will not be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
 

In general, MY1 accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. However, MY1 reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued as follows:

  • FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASE CREDIT
  • A FULL RETURN ON CHARGE CARD REFUND

 

  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Your Company Name on returned items, and MY1 will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back only.

 

  •  MY1 will send you a call tag for pick up or you will receive a self addressed pre-paid mailer at no cost to you.

 

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at MY1's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
